Preassembled pigtail of BMW 6-pin Black Sealed Plug, S54 VANOS Adjustment Unit Connector Kit

Although we matched the OEM wire colors, the two green and two black wires have to be connected to the correct green and black wires on the engine wire harness. Refer to the following wiring details:

• 1 – 0.50mm² Green – to DME X60003-50
• 2 – 0.50mm² Brown – to Ground Splice X6461
• 3 – 0.50mm² Black – to DME X60003-4
• 4 – 0.50mm² Green – to DME X60003-43
• 5 – 0.50mm² Brown – to Ground Splice X6461
• 6 – 0.50mm² Black – to DME X60003-44

Notes:

– Wire Length: 305mm / 12″

– Preferred splicing method: non insulated butt splice sealed with adhesive lined heat shrink.
