BMW E46 Throttle Pedal Wire Harness

This is another item that we don’t suggest it is worth the time to try to pull out of junkyard vehicle given the amount of time it would take to access and open the wire harness. This harness was primarily designed for swapping a BMW E46 323 or 328 with the M52TU engine and mechanical throttle cable to a M54 or S54 engine which use an electronic throttle pedal. However, this harness can also be used when doing M54 or S54 swaps into other chassis as well, although you would still need additional wires to/from the X60004 connector when making a swap harness.

Connector Pinout:

1. – 0.35 mm² Black – to DME X60004-7 (pre-crimped pin)
2. – 0.35 mm² Brown – to DME X60004-12 (pre-crimped pin)
3. – 0.35 mm² Yellow/Green – to DME X60004-14 (pre-crimped pin)
4. – 0.35 mm² White – to DME X60004-8 (pre-crimped pin)
5. – 0.35 mm² Yellow – to DME X60004-9 (pre-crimped pin)
6. – 0.35 mm² White/Black – to DME X60004-13 (pre-crimped pin)

 – Harness Length – ~2 metres

 – This throttle pedal connector is used in many different BMW vehicles, but the pins on the loose wires will vary between different types of DMEs. The pins on this harness will work with the MS43, MS45.1 or MSS54 DME as found in the E46.
