BMW E46 Headlight Vertical Aim Control Load Sensor Wire Harness – Front (LHD)

This is the complete, uncut, B42 – Headlight Vertical Aim Control Load Sensor – Front wire harness removed from a LHD E46 chassis harness that was being thinned for a racecar. This wiring can be added to another E46 to retrofit Xenon headlights.

This wire harness includes the X1451, 6-pin, Black (or Black/Brown*) connector of the B42 – Headlight Vertical Aim Control Load Sensor – Front and has loose wires that will go to the Blue Inner Connector of X12, 54-pin, Black connector of the A3 – Light Switch.

Wiring Details:

1. – 0.50 mm² Gray/White – Light Switch X12-19
2. – 0.50 mm² Gray/Green – Light Switch X12-22
3. – 0.50 mm² Gray/Brown – Light Switch X12-23

Notes:

* Both the 6-pin Black and 6-pin Black/Brown connectors have the say keyway and can both plug into the same device. The difference is that the Black/Brown connector can only use a total of 3 wires, with the other 3 locations physically blocked; while the Black connector can use all 6 wires and uses blank plugs in the unused positions.
